Account Deactivation

If you have decided to no longer be a part of the My NEO Group community, you can request the account closure.

First and most important step is to withdraw all your funds from your NEO Dash or NEO X profile.

Once that is done, you have to send an email to [email protected]

Email subject: Account Closure
Message: I (NAME SURNAME), verify that I have withdrawn all of my valuable funds from the NEO Dash and NEO X platform and would like to close my account and stop all my activity in My NEO Group.

Your account will be closed within the next 72 hours.
